Eco Shutters

Our eco-friendly shutter collection is made from paulownia hardwood. Paulownia is an extremely fast-growing tree and a single plantation can be harvested several times, providing a sustainable and renewable source of timber.

Although this is a hardwood, it is approximately 1/3 lighter in weight compared to other hardwoods which makes it an excellent choice for large windows or tier on tier shutters. Whilst the timber is light, it’s still strong and durable.

It has a fine, knot free grain making it a great wood for painting or staining. You have 14 paint options, 11 wood stains and 4 limewash finishes that will leave you spoilt for choice

If that’s not enough to choose from you can also colour match to Farrow & Ball or Dulux trade paints!
