My 14 year old shutters now look brand new. The cost of the refurbishment was a fraction of the price of replacing with new shutters. We are so delighted with such an amazing job. Our shutters were suffering from major wear and tear and no longer closed properly as we had new windows installed after the shutters were originally fitted. Cannot praise Craig highly enough for his overall service. From initial visit to final installation. No hard sell just pure simple information about his product and then left us time to think. Was very happy to answer further questions before we made our final decision. Installation was superb, everything left clean and tidy. Couldn’t recommend Mastercraft Shutters highly enough. Craig visited promptly to cost and measure up, there were lots of samples, colours and finishes to choose from and nothing was too much trouble. We had the whole house costed up and the price was very reasonable. Craig arrived to install the shutters as soon as they arrived and the finished result is excellent. The finish is better than we expected and Craig was incredibly professional throughout. Everything was left clean and tidy with all rubbish gone.

Absolutely delighted with my new shutters. Fast process from ordering to fitting, which was unexpected in the current climate. Craig personally oversaw the fitting and his professionalism and expertise were obvious throughout.
